Goalkeeper Clinics

DWFC is excited to re-introduce Pete Vaughan as a dedicated Goalkeeper Coach.

Pete has his C Licence and Advanced GK Level 1 Diploma.

He has a vast knowledge of all aspects of the game particularly in the coaching and integration of style of play with inclusion of Goalkeepers in a team environment.

He has a passion for development and is always willing to help anyone who feels they would like his support and learn more about the game.

He will work with not only the clubs Keepers but with the coaches to help them with techniques and build their knowledge.

Pete is back again after a short hiatus from the game but has previously helped different clubs on the Central Coast, Northern Beaches and was involved with the Newcastle Jets Youth Set up.

We will be holding an information session for any interested Goal Keepers on Thursday 6th June at 6pm to 7pm for all Age Groups.

If your child is interested, you will need to register and attend the information session at Doyalson Wyee Fields near the Containers

Training will start on the Thursday the 20th June initially fortnightly depending on numbers and interest.

• Thursday 20th June         
  Session 1 - U8s to U13s - 5.30pm – 6.30pm 
  Session 2 - U14s to Seniors - 6.45pm – 7.45pm
   
• Thursday 4th July             
  Session 1 - U8s to U13s - 5.30pm – 6.30pm
  Session 2 - U14s to Seniors - 6.45pm – 7.45pm
   
• Thursday 18th July          
  Session 1 - U8s to U13s - 5.30pm – 6.30pm
  Session 2 - U14s to Seniors - 6.45pm – 7.45pm
   
• Thursday 1st August
  Session 1 - U8s to U13s - 5.30pm – 6.30pm
  Session 2 - U14s to Seniors - 6.45pm – 7.45pm

Cost is $10.00 per player per session. This is subsidised by the club for the difference.

You will need to register for up to 4 sessions in advance and pay $40.00
