Registration Day
Registration for the 2020 season will open online on the 13th January 2020 https://www.playfootball.com.au/club-registration-search
Don’t forget your ACTIVE KIDS VOUCHER – please ensure that you have the voucher number from Active Kids. This will make the registration process much smoother. https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/transaction/apply-active-kids-voucher
Registration days will be held at The Doylo on the following days; TBA where in the venue
• Saturday 8th February 10am – 4pm
• Saturday 15th February 10am – 4pm
• Sunday 16th February 10am – 2pm
All Registrations after the 28th February 2020 will only be accepted if there is a team in that age/grade has a vacancy.

All NEW Players will receive a Club Polo, playing Shorts & Socks.

All players’ fees must be paid in full by the 28th February.
Players will be allocated to teams on a “first in” basis and only if fees have been paid in full.
Players in competition will be graded accordingly and allocated to the appropriate team.
Players who are not financial will not be allocated to teams until all outstanding fees have been paid.
Teams with insufficient financial players will not be nominated for the 2020 CCF competition.
Match fees are paid per week for each age group only if the game proceeds. This is as follows;
U5’s to U9’s $4.00 per week
U10’s to U11’s $5.00 per week
U12’s to U18’s $6.00 per week
All Seniors $7.00 Per Week
Competition Start Date
4th and 5th April till last weekend in August
Extension of time to pay fees/ Payment Plans
- You must attend a registration day to apply. In cases of genuine financial hardship, the committee may approve an extension of time to meet fee commitments.
- All registrations on payment plans must have regular weekly or fortnightly payments
- All Payment plans must be paid in full by the 27th March. No exceptions after this date if you are not paid in full your registration will be suspended till paid in full.
- You can fill out the “Payment Plan 2020” on the registration days.
- The committee reserve the right to charge an additional administration fee should you default on your payment plan.
Registration Refunds
- All requests for refunds are to be made in writing and mailed to The Secretary, Doyalson Wyee Soccer Club, PO Box 4303, Lake Haven NSW 2263, or emailed to president@doylowolves.com.au .
- Refunds will not be considered once teams have been nominated into the CCF competition. An administration fee of $50 will be deducted from the registration refund.
- Refunds are given at the discretion of the committee.
